For the next 2 weeks you will be in the adaptation phase of the GET BIG Program. Start here! Prime the body for the next 2 weeks following the program we set forward for you. These 2 weeks is key because by week 3 we go into the GROWTH PHASE and it's no joke for the remainder period of the program. Let's work!
